Zombie Llama Apocalypse

All was quiet on the lonesome ranch
No sounds pierced the silence of night
Darkness tainted the sky
Not even moonlight shone through the thick clouds

But the stables are empty
Not even a single old llama remains
Instead, it's the cemetery that is full
Headstones with random names
Old Betsy, Lezard, Faize, Lelouch, and worse
Stand tall, protruding from the cold ground

Midnight comes with an ominous tension
When the clouds finally dissipate
And moonlight floods the ranch
The graveyard is suddenly illuminated
The farmer awakes slowly, his mind confused
As he hears the clopping
Of many llamas' hooves

He jumps from his bed and throws the window open
But unlike any heartwarming tale,
He instead sees the decaying living corpses
Of llamas aplenty!

The herd has come back to life
With dirt matted in their coats and skin decaying
Were it not for the exposed brain and bone,
They would have been rather cute
But their eyes burn an angry crimson
They tore the farmer limb from limb
Feasting upon him as no herbivore should

They stampede far beyond their old ranch
Overtaking the world and sending the internet into chaos
The undead herd overtakes even the most prestigious city
As the decaying ears and tails wiggle happily

No longer are they satisfied with plants and vegetables
They seek only human flesh, as zombie llamas should
They venture far and wide
To countries where their kind were once eaten
While overrunning the internet with their shiny badges
Winning the hearts of humans who submit

The most terrifying threat the world has faced,
The invasion of the zombie llamas
Can anyone stop people from wasting their time and money
On the once fluffy and cute creates?

But alas,
This undead herd forevermore continues to roam
Famine and disease increas
As the world is engulfed in the zombie llama apocalypse
